Frank Welker is Dinky, the world's largest dog. Hanna Barbera's "Dinky Dog" was a part of the "All-New Popeye Hour," and was about the misadventures that Dinky went on with his friends. VEI is set to release "Dinky Dog: The Complete Series" as a three DVD set on 2/19/2008. It will only be sold in Canada, but will work in US players, as well.
